Process for Insurance Claims:

Contact us by phone, email, online form or just call in (no need for an appointment)
Our team will take your details, assess and take photos of the damage.
You contact your insurer to lodge a claim and advise RTC Panel & Paint is your repairer of choice.
Your insurer will contact us requesting an assessment/quote.
We submit our quote for approval.
Your insurer confirms approval to go ahead with repairs.
Parts, if required, are ordered, we then contact you to book in the work.
Once the repairs are complete, final checks are carried out.
Your vehicle will be washed and made ready for you to collect.

Private Work

If you don’t have insurance, the process is the same, but without having to contact your insurer. Simply contact us, bring your car in and we’ll have it fixed and looking great in no time.
